Consent Orders

Consent Orders are a practical and efficient way to formalise agreements in property settlements, parenting arrangements, and spousal maintenance matters. To ensure compliance and avoid unnecessary disputes, Consent Orders must be clear, precise, and properly drafted.

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia will seal Consent Orders upon application, provided the agreement is deemed just, equitable, and enforceable.
